By using the services at Cranbrook Tanning Rooms, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system or in person.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a charge or forfeiture of the session.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Clients must be 18 years or older to use our sunbeds. ID may be required.

Clients must follow all provided safety guidelines.
Protective eyewear must be worn at all times during tanning sessions.
If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications that may cause photosensitivity, you should consult a doctor before using our services.
Cranbrook Tanning Rooms is not responsible for adverse skin reactions or health issues resulting from UV exposure.

Our tanning machines are sanitized between each use. Clients are expected to follow hygiene protocols.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Cranbrook Tanning Rooms is not liable for lost or stolen items.
We are not responsible for any personal injury, damage, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our tanning machines.

All purchases, including single sessions and memberships, are non-refundable.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
Client information is used only for booking, appointment reminders, and promotional offers if consent is given.

DO NOT USE A SUNBED IF:
• You are under 18 years of age
• You are pregnant or believe you could be pregnant – whilst there is no evidence to suggest that UV tanning equipment can damage a foetus, we DO NOT allow pregnant customers to use our tanning facilities
• You have an excessive number of moles and/or freckles
• You or anyone in your immediate family has or has had skin cancer in the past
• You have undergone surgery in the last 6 weeks
• You have a history of sunburn especially in childhood
• You suffer from epilepsy
• You have a medical condition that is worsened by sunlight
BEFORE USING SUNBED:
• Do not consume alcohol
• Ensure you know the recommended exposure time for your skin type. NEVER EXCEED THE LIMIT
• You should know the location of the emergency stop button and how to switch the sunbed off
• Remove facial and body cosmetics
• Remove jewellery and contact lenses
• Do not use outdoor sunscreens and lotions
• Put on the protective eyewear provided
WHILE USING A SUNBED:
• Ensure you always wear the eye protection provided throughout your whole tanning session
• Don’t allow anyone in the room while you are using the sunbed
• If you notice any abnormal skin reactions during a tanning session, stop the exposure at once and seek advice
AFTER USING A SUNBED / GENERAL GUIDANCE:
• DO NOT sunbathe outside on the same day you use a sunbed or vice versa
• Allow at least 24 hours between each session
• Take a four-week break in between tanning; this includes UV tanning sessions and natural sunlight
• If at any time you notice lumps, sores, or unusual moles on your skin, consult your doctor
• Do not exceed the Euro Standard Recommendation of more than 60 sessions per year
• To maintain a longer-lasting tan, always use a moisturiser
